Young Henrys’ Latest Collab Beer Is With The Fkn Foo Fighters

Yes mates, it’s absolutely true. The good lads from the Foo Fighters have collaborated with the ratbags over at Young Henrys to create a limited run of their very own beer – and they’re calling it ‘Foo Town’.

A crisp and fresh Australian lager is the baby made from probably one of the biggest collabs that the Sydney brewers have done, the Foo Town brew will be sold exclusively at two bars – one in Sydney and one in Melbourne – alongside a bunch of special edition merchandise.

The two bars being overtaken by Dave Grohl and friends are the Hollywood Hotel in Surry Hills, which will be known as the ‘Foo Fighters Hotel’, and Cherry Bar in Melbourne’s ACDC Lane will transform into ‘Fooie Bar.

The two pop-up bars are around for three days each at the end of this month, and they’ll be slinging the precious bevingtons, hosting a trivia night, a Young Henrys takeover night with classic lucky door prizes, the afterparty for the band’s huge shows, and slinging Foo Fighters merch to punters.

Fans of the Fooies can pop in to the Sydney pop-up from January 24-27, and Melbourne fans can drop into ACDC Lane’s bar from January 27-30 to get their hands on an ice-cold tinnie and some exclusive merch, which you can suss out over HERE.

Cheers to that, mates.
