If you get late night pizza cravings, you’re gonna absolutely froth this place. Connie’s is a cute as heck Melbourne pizza joint serving pizza to the wee hours of the morning (’til 3 am Friday to Saturday and 1 am on Sunday).
Their pièce de résistance? The ‘That’s Amore Meat Pizza’, featuring chilli and fennel salami, beef bresaola, pork salami, with the addition of pork and fennel sausage and pepperoni. As for the Doritos Crackers, they’ll be folded into the dough and sprinkled on top for a little extra texture.
