To celebrate the launch of Doritos Crackers new ‘Meat Lovers Pizza’ and ‘Cheesy Pizza’ flavours, six top-notch pizzerias across Australia have each been tasked with whipping up their very own bespoke menu items featuring the tasty treats, with the winning restaurant taking home a $30k prize.
This quaint little Brisbane gem is a favourite amongst locals with gourmet pizzas at the ready, a craft beer list to boot and an ever-changing chalkboard wall personalised by local artists.
To mark the new Doritos Crackers launch The Burrow dreamt up an American-inspired dish pizza called ‘The Smokehouse’. Here’s the mouth-watering ingredients list: double-smoked bacon, chorizo, pepperoni, fire-roasted peppers, red onion, mozzarella, Napoli sauce base, herbs, and smokey bourbon BBQ sauce. Oh, and get this, they’ve also added on some fried chicken crumbed with Doritos ‘Meat Lovers Pizza’ crackers.
