Butter, Sydney’s Fried Chook Institution, Is Doing Unholy Bottomless Brunches For Summer

If I were to pick a fried food that is most tempting at all hours of the day, I’d definitely go fried chicken. I’m always partial to KFC, but across the road from work lies a Sydney institution – Butter, where they fry up some extremely good chook.

KFC doesn’t serve alcohol, but Butter does – and they’re bringing back their iconic Bottomless Brunch for summer, in both their Surry Hills and Parramatta stores.

What you get is this – a banquet of fried chicken (or mushrooms, if you’re vego), fried haloumi and all the sides you could want – definitely go the pickles. Plus, as a finishing snack, a cinnamon doughnut. Served hot, ofc.

The food will cost you $38 a head, and then you can add the bottomless alcohol on top. There are three ops, Chandon for $39, Hennessy punch for $50 or get all fancy with the Veuve Cliquot for $80. That price gets you a strong 90 minutes of endless drank, which is not bhed.

Keen? It all starts up again this Saturday, 7th December, running on both Sat and Suns through summer. The stores open from 11.30am, so enjoy that sleep in. Book here.
