Ah, Free Cone Day. The one day on the delicious ice cream calendar that means you can totally have dessert for breakfast if you want. If your breakfast happens after midday. Look, I’m not judging you.
Almost hard to believe, but Ben & Jerry’s free cone day has been going on for 40 years now (every year since the company celebrated their first birthday in the US) and to mark the occasion this year they’re going to try and out-scoop themselves by giving away 110,000 free ice creams on Tuesday.
A record amount of scoops were handed out worldwide last year with over 2000 yum icy treats handed over the counter every minute.
Now that there’s a range of dairy-free ice creams on the menu at Ben & Jerry’s everyone’s vegan mate can cop themselves a free ice cream as well.
The five-finger discounts go from 12:00pm – 8:00pm next Tuesday April 10 at all Scoop Stores, including the ones at HOYTS and Warner Bros Movie World.
