For The Daring, A Sorbet Made With Ants In On Sale Tomorrow In Syd

Look, we all know how much you love coffee. Bloody go nuts for the glorious brown bean, don’t ya. Absolutely fangin’ for a delicious slurp of the sacred bean juice that we all know and love.

Well Sydney, if you fkn luv the bean then you’re best to get yourself to Single O‘s Botany roastworks on Saturday night for the Australian AeroPress Championships.

The theme for this year is ‘Aussie Nasties’ and the brew lords have teamed up with local food legends Rising Sun Workshop from Newtown and award-winning dessert champs Cow & Moon from Enmore to whip up some Aussie-inspired grub to mung on while you’re watching some of our finest take the plunge.

Cow & Moon are plating up a delicious-lookin’ guava sorbet with Black Tyrant Ants folded in. Yep, you heard that right. Ants in your sorbet, and not because you’ve left it unattended on a picnic rug.

Riding Sun have created two tasty burgers for the event as well; Shroom & Stinging Nettle and Camel & Pickled Cactus. A few flavours that we’re not 100% sure how they’ll work by good lord they look tasty.
