And you thought Serato was cool.
Scott Hobbs is a British product designer / 4th year uni student, who if I'm not mistaken is pretty onto it.
He has virtually raped the traditional turntable and fertilized the 'Sensing Sounds' idea with Serato like sperm, resulting in the incestuous birth of the touçh screen turntable. Two touch sensitive screens represent the respective standard dual turntable set up. Apart from the obvious discrepancies the major difference between the traditional turntable and the virtual machine is that the Sensing Sounds platform displays a constant streaming wave form directly across each monitor, allowing for simplified beat matching and precise cueing. Overall it is inevitable that one day you, I, Erol and Steve Aoki will be using these or something of its kind. Either way, groovey or ghey, this is pretty dope.
P.S. Sorry if it seems like we're haling you as an incest rapist, Mr.Hobbs.
You know we <3 You.
