With nothing but a strappy suspender and faith in photoshop to protect her modesty actress Keira Knightley has appeared topless in the new advertisement for Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle perfume.

Or at least Keira's head is on someone's body that appeared topless in the new advertisement for Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle perfume. Either way the new advertisement though racier does bring recall the perfume's previous campaign imagery leading us to believe that a) it's a fake or b) Keira's breasts are CGI (didn't they do that in Pirates Of The Caribbean?). Let's compare and contrast...

If that's her body, I'm very surprised. She always says she likes being flatchested and this isn't what we're used to. Why does her head look bigger in the "topless" picture than it does in the blouse photo? Her right arm looks like it has been worked on, as does that side and the shadow. Umm, suspicious ...
