Beverly Hills 90210 was (to those who watched it religiously) hopelessly hip, fiercely young, a little bit dangerous and quintessential 90's teen drama fare.

Fast forward to 2008 and the most iconic postcode in the world is getting a much needed face-lift. Though first glimpses of the cast for 90210 v2.0 bring to mind one word - bland, the show's producers are trying desperately to counteract this with some instant cred - the season premiere features cameos by Cory Kennedy and Mark "The Cobrasnake" Hunter.

I'm not too sure if this will help the show or mark it as a bandwagon jumper (ridiculously late I might add). So keep your eyes peeled for the televised debut of Beverly Hills 90210 and the acting debut of Cory Kennedy and Mark Hunter.

Welcome to the BH bitch!
