I first encountered Architecture In Helsinki through their "Like A Call" film clip late one Saturday night while aimlessly channel surfing. It was the perfect visual counterpoint to their plaintive brand of pop - animated adolescent lovers road tripping with a dog and then jumping off a cliff. Their film clips have gotten weirder ever since.
Their new single "That Beep" finds the Melbourne five-piece in familiar oddball territory - a strangely cohesive amalgam of the blue man group, a good acid trip and an interpretive dancing cult. Check it out below...
