Safety-conscious purveyors of many a good time, Daft Punk, aired an incredibly vague television ad (vintage) possibly teasing new music during an episode of Saturday Night Live which aired only hours ago.

Pitchfork are reporting that the ad featured a new hybrid logo unveiled after their signing with Colombia Records last month as well as a "a tiny snippet of what appears to be new music."

The duo are due to release a new album this year with Chic collaborator Nile Rogers and maybe also iconic disco producer Giorgio Moroder. 

This sounds about right.
