News.
Earlier this month those psych pop merchants, headband pioneers and Brooklyn bros collectively known as MGMT announced a one-off Australian show at Sydney's Metro on the 6th of April.
Unfortunately for the army of Kids who were fated to pretend like they could feasibly get a ticket - the show sold out within an hour leaving Little Joey Glowstick and his MGMT loving cohort out in the dark. Fortunately however, for those who missed out, MGMT have just announced a second Sydney show as part of Virgin Mobile's Surprise Gig Tour.
Basically Mr. VanWyngarden and Mr. Goldwasser will again play Sydney's Virgin Metro the following night (7th of April). Tickets will be given away with the online purchase of MGMT’s new LP Congratulations through
Members’ Lounge, and are available from 11am Wednesday March 31st. Details on
how to get tickets can be found here.
In other MGMT news, the new video for "Flash Delirium" will premiere on www.whoismgmt.com at 3pm today.
