Mothers and The Brokenhearted! Lend me your eyes! Adele "has some news" for y'all! When she's not responsible for resurrecting the comatose from near death or winning all the awards, she's been busy making life with her hirsute boyfriend, Simon Konecki.

Atkins, who's a notorious chimney, made public the news on her website, issuing a statement declaring, "Im [sic] delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx"

Konecki, who is already a father from a previous marriage, accompanied Adele to the Grammys earlier this year, where the singer sported a diamond ring that she said, like, totes wasn't an engagement ring, innit. She then went on to sing that heart-wrenching song about heartbreak, when really she was in love all along!

She lied to us through song! I hate when people do that.
