In a perfect fusion of sublimely dark audio/visual aesthetics, brothers and recent Pedestrian interviewees Daniel Askill of design and film collective Collider and Jewlery designer/Sculptor Jordan Askill will be working on a new video for UK four piece These New Puritans.
According to the Askills' publicist: "Daniel and Jordy know a couple of them from a while back, so they contacted Daniel and asked him to do this video. Jordy is styling it, they're shooting next week in London."
Wow, perfect match right? Aside from a set of brothers in both camps and a shared penchant for rituals, ghoulish theatrics and esoterica, Jordan Askill and George Barnett (drummer for These New Puritans) also both worked at Dior Homme in Paris.
Titled Hidden the follow up to These New Puritans' debut album, 2008's Beat Pyramid, will be released on January 18 2010 via Domino.
