Instructions:
Arrow Keys- Move
A- Run (must have picked up Justice's power up)
S- Fire Missile
D- Attack (character dependant)
F- Action (hit switches)
G or Spacebar- Jump
Up + S- Fire Missile Upward

Both robots playable

Justice, Busy P, Teenager Dorian, Cobra Snake, Surkin, Girl Talk, Murs
Missiles, explosions
New enemies that actually make sense within the context of Electrowars; Numanoids and Kraftwerkers
Power ups include Run, Double Jump & Multiple Missiles
Switchable floor blocks
Explodable walls
Secret room
High scores
