She already qualifies as "multi-talented" but Abbey Lee Kershaw is set to affix yet another slashie to her resume: thespian. A "well placed film source" has confirmed that the singer, model and sometime visual artist will make her acting debut in the fourth installment of dystopian action franchise Mad Max, which is scheduled to start filming sometime this month.

Helmed by franchise mainstay George Miller, Max Max: Fury Road will be headlined by Charlize Theron as Furiosa, Tom Hardy as the titular Max and Lenny Kravitz's daughter Zoe (who IMDB says will play herself?) while Abbey will spend the majority of her time locked up in a cage as unnamed sex slave #4 or something similar.

A "well-placed film source" told The Daily Telegraph: "Obviously it's set in a post-apocalyptic world, and women, especially beautiful women, are scarce, so men have been locking them up in cages. Abbey is one of them. She's perfect."

Not sure if that means she's perfect in general or perfect to play a post-apocalyptic sex slave.
