FIGHT THE CRAVING

Fight The Craving (FTC) is a Sydney based food blog which tries to deliver reviews for unique and regular eating experiences in a casual but critical manner to all food-minds alike

I START MY BLOG/FEED BECAUSE...

It started in New York. I was hungry and I was going about my photographic business, but then and there, I found fun and enjoyment in both indulging in the finer foods of America and exploiting my photographic abilities to communicate to my friends and family about them.

MY FOLLOWERS ARE...

Anyone who enjoys food, anyone who enjoys great photography and anyone who wants a nice and casual read for their hungry evenings.

THE POST I'M MOST PROUD OF...

Being a food blogger, one of the pleasures I get to enjoy is knowing that there are people out there who read my blog and who think that my blog is deserving enough to be invited to launches or special events. Learning about food and my journey in understanding food could not have been done without the few chef idols. One of which being Poh from MasterChef season 1.Thanks to my blogging adventure, I had the most wonderful opportunity of dining with her for her cook book launch. Not only did the post illustrate my journey of becoming a more well-known blogger but it also gave my fans a more intimate post with the chef everyone knows!http://fightthecraving.wordpress.com/2014/05/12/same-same-but-different-poh/

THE .GIF THAT BEST DESCRIBES ME...

MY TOP THREE BLOGS/FEEDS TO FOLLOW ARE...

Grab Your Fork, Simon Food Favourites and The Heart of Food

ONE THING I'VE LEARNT IN THE LAST YEAR...

Your perspective on food and tastes in food are dynamic. While one visiting of a restaurant may not have been up to your expectation, you should never let that be the final judgement.

MY THREE TIPS FOR DEALING WITH 'THE HATERS'...

Unless it's constructive criticism, you have to learn to ignore. You could be the sweetest peach in the world, but there's always someone who doesn't like peaches.

HOW WOULD YOU USE A MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO 3 (POWERED BY INTEL) FOR YOUR FEEDS?

Food blogging and information you gather from a plate of food is only as good as the moment it enters your mouth. Blogging on the go especially with how efficient the Surface Pro 3 would be most efficient to deliver quick and prompt updates for all my foodie fans.
