News.
Not that we're deeper into this whole living with the internet thing can we all just assume that as a medium, print publishing will never die. The tangibility, the collectability, the portability, the nostalgia! All reasons why purists will seek out ink on paper instead of staring at pixels on a luminous box on their lap.
But man, when the internet churns out shit like this, a stunning bit of editorial that utilizes Augmented Reality, it's kind of like comparing apples to slightly less shiny but equally as nutritious apples. I mean unless you've wigged out while looking at an advertisement for Maire Antoinette when was the last time you saw baroque minstrels jigging in a magazine? Never, that's when.
These striking images come courtesy of Pamela Reed and Matthew Rader a New York based design collective that also dabbles in photography, graphic design, art and blowing minds.
